You're absolutely right - to so casually sleep with another man, and then get mad at Tom Hanks because he didn't forgive you for it is insane. If that breakup storyline had made any sense at all.. it should have been her begging for his forgiveness the whole time. She has no right to be angry at all.

But does that mean it's not realistic? Oh, well that's another story. Any man who has had experience with women can tell you - for a woman to act completely insane in a relationship is actually normal.

My gf once put her sister's name and number into my phone, just in case there was an emergency and I couldn't reach her - then I could call her sister. Then ONE WEEK later my gf was looking through my phone, saw her sisters number in there and proceeded to initiate a huge fight with me, accusing me of trying to hook up with her sister.

I'm sure we could fill up a whole thread with crazy gf stories like that. We could actually make Shelly Long's craziness look pale by comparison with the reality of female insanity that actually exists out there haha.
