Transylvánie, země nespoutané přírody, malebných vesnic a městeček, a také lidí, kteří tu už po staletí spokojeně žijí. Transylvánie je ovšem i zemí legend, nejenom těch o hraběti Drákulovi.

Právě sem, nedalo osady Vaubrac, zavítá Philip a Veronica, mladý britský pár na svatební cestě. Na noc se ubytují v nevlídném hostinci, jehož jediným hostem je bývalý hrabě von Helsing, potomek rodu proslaveného bojem s vampíry. Druhý den chtějí manželé pokračovat v cestě, ale nedaleko vesnice dojde k havárii, při které auto spadne do jezera. Zatímco Philip nehodu přežije, duch jeho manželky pod hladinou vstoupí do těla Vardelly, čarodějnice exekuované na tomto místě v 18. století.

El hombre sale a la superficie pero su hermosa mujer reaparece poseida por la terrible bruja en busca de venganza de los descendientes de los pueblerinos que la mataron.
