Napoleon vindt dit onnodig omdat Kip al over de 30 is. Napoleon krijgt voor het eerst in zijn leven een vriend: Pedro Sanchez. Samen gaan ze alles er aan doen om Pedro als hoofd van de leerlingenraad van school te maken.
