Cohen s filmovým štábem putuje po Spojených státech a uvádí do rozpaků nic netušící lidi, kteří se domnívají, že jsou svědky natáčení skutečného dokumentu pro kazašskou televizi. Cohen jde ovšem tentokrát v drsnosti a politické nekorektnosti svého humoru mnohem dál, než bylo možné v televizní show. Nebude ušetřen nikdo!
