Прича започиње када група разбојника који долазе у склониште са својим најновијим пленом. Баш као и њихов неспособни лидер, Абис Мал, одлучи да задржи већину од злата и блага за себе, али их у томе спречавају Аладин и Абу. У међувремену, у пустињи, Јаго успева да ископа себе и лампу са Џафаром из песка. Јаго више не жели да служи Џафару и баца лампу у бунар, а затим се враћа у Аграбу, надајући се да ће уверити Аладина да га је Џафар присилио да служи. али му Аладин не верује.
