A group of friends meet up in order to go to a party, one of the group finds his girlfriend cheating on him with his friend and storms off into the countryside with rage. He is killed in a hit-and-run car accident and then re-animated by some kind of demonic force. That turns out to be the final straw which sends Phyllis on a murderous rampage to eliminate the beauty queens one by one.
