Filmen indledes med en parodi på "Eksorcisten" med James Woods i rollen som den bizarre præst, Fader McFeely, der skal befri den hovedsnurrende Megan for en dæmon. Derefter mødes brødrene Wayans med heltinden Cindy Campell, der nu er en lovende universitetsstuderende. En gal professor lokker hende og en gruppe eventyrlystne klassekammerater med på en weekendtur under foregivende af at skulle udføre et eksperiment. Efterhånden som den usædvanlige weekend skrider frem, finder den ene bizarre hændelse sted efter den anden.
