Der er ikke den kunde, han ikke vil sælge til, så længe prisen er rigtig. Desværre har Interpol-agent Jack Valentine fattet mistanke til Yuri, og han er yderst vedholdende i sin jagt på beviser.

Together with her 'iron ladies' (the finance minister and police chief are also formidable females), she takes a firm hold on the government, trying to root out corruption and spend the tiny annual budget carefully.
