어느 날, 8명의 절친한 친구들이 깊은 산 속 계곡으로 캠핑을 떠난다. 아름다운 자연에 동화되어 즐거운 시간을 보낸 이들이 하나 둘 잠에 들 무렵, 갑작스런 비행기 소리로 주변이 시끄러워지자 뭔가 심상치 않은 일이 일어나고 있음을 직감한다. 다음 날 아침, 캠핑지에서 가장 가까운 ‘엘리(캐이틀린 스테이시)’와 ‘호머(데이즈 액데니즈)’의 집에 차례로 찾아간 이들이 보게 된 것은 이미 가족 모두가 사라진 텅 비어 있는 집과 키우던 강아지가 죽어 있는 모습뿐이다. 점점 더 불안감에 휩싸인 친구들은 마을이 훤히 내려다 보이는 언덕에 올라가 마을의 전경을 살피던 중 광장에 모여 있는 마을 사람들이 군인들에게 통제되고 있는 장면을 목격하게 되고, 주변 국가들이 자원 침탈을 위해 불법으로 자신들의 국가에 침공해 온 사실을 알게 된다. 이제 남은 8명의 친구들에게 남겨진 것은 자신들의 국가를 불법으로 침공한 군대의 막강한 힘에 맞서 싸울지, 아니면 가족을 뒤로 한 채 도망칠지를 결정하는 일뿐인데...

전쟁의 상흔이 가시지 않은 도쿄. 친구 하숙집에 얹혀 사는 유조와 언니 집에서 열여섯 식구와 함께 사는 마사코는 일주일에 한 번, 일요일의 데이트가 유일한 즐거움이다. 맛있고 값도 싼 ‘히아신스’라는 이름의 커피숍을 여는 것이 꿈인 두 사람. 하지만 현실은 비참하기 그지없어, 수중에 가진 돈이라곤 35엔이 전부다. 모델하우스도 구경해 보고, 세가 싸다는 아파트도 보러 가지만, 두 사람의 형편으론 그 어느 곳도 무리일 뿐이다. 유조의 친구가 경영하는 카바레에서도 냉대받고, 비를 맞으며 보러 간 연주회는 암표상이 표를 다 사 버려 매진이다. 그러나 두 연인들은 희망을 잃지 않고, 또 다시 내일을 준비한다.

The children have formed a group called S.O.P.O.R. as a protest against the way adults treat them and have destroyed their future. They demand that the robots in the industry are replaced by humans to create job opportunities. They take the royal family as hostages.

Kukutza III was a gaztetxe (self-managed social centre) in the neighbourhood of Rekalde, Bilbao. It was occupied in 1998, and it was evicted by the police in 2011. The documentary shows some activities that were hosted by the gaztetxe.

Set along the southern coast of Vietnam during the French occupation in the 1940s, water is everywhere, giving life and bringing decay and rot. Kim is 15; his father and step-mother have two buffalo, their lifeline as subsistence rice farmers. During the rainy season, there's no grass and the buffalo are starving. Kim volunteers to take the beasts inland to find food. On this coming-of-age journey, Kim sees men mistreat women, men fight with men, and French taxes rob the poor. He works for Lap, a buffalo herder whose past is entangled with Kim's parents, and he makes friends who will lead him to his place in the world.

Louka, whose parents were killed in the Turkish invasion of Cyprus, persuades a beautiful smuggler to take him over the border to visit his village, where a magical experience awaits them.

On April 1, 1945, the United States military launched its invasion of the main island of Okinawa, the start of a battle that was to last 12 weeks and claim the lives of some 240,000 people. This film depicts the Battle through the eyes of Japanese and American soldiers who fought each other on the same battlefield, along with Okinawa civilians who were swept up in the fighting. The film also depicts the history of discrimination and oppression forced upon Okinawa by the American and Japanese governments. Carrying up to the current controversy over the construction of a new base at Henoko, the film explores the root causes of the widespread disillusionment and anger expressed by many Okinawans. This ambitious documentary was directed by the American John Junkerman, long-term resident of Japan and Oscar-nominated documentary filmmaker. Okinawa: The Afterburn is a heartfelt plea for peace and an expression of deep respect for the unyielding spirit of the Okinawa people.

The year is 1658 and the King of Sweden has seized large parts of Denmark. A tenant farmer and his family on Falster are forced to look on while enemy soldiers loot and wreck their home. Only the wounded and febrile soldier Lasse Månsson does not take part in the atrocities, and when the regiment moves on, he stays in the care of the farmer. The film documents Palestinian everyday's life under Isreali occupation in East Jerusalem. It uncovers Isreals policy of judaizing the city in order to gain Jewish majority by driving out Palestinian people from the city. The documentary includes interviews with Palestinian as well as Isreali political leaders, political analysts and human right activists.
