É um spin-off de Largados e Pelados. As regras são as mesmas usadas em Largados e Pelados, com poucas diferenças. Um grupo de pessoas devem sobreviver por 40 dias em um ambiente selvagem, cada uma pode levar um item de sobrevivência. Os competidores são proibidos de levar comida, água ou roupas como itens de sobrevivência. Também haverá uma equipe de câmeras que irá registrar os momentos e só poderão interferir em caso de emergência médica. Eles são separados em grupos iniciais de três componentes no decorrer do desafio podem se juntar ou não com outras equipes até o fim do desafio. Todos os competidores são veteranos de Largados e Pelados desistentes ou participantes que chegaram até o fim de seus desafios.
