Tres actores de cine mudo y sin empleo, Dusty Bottoms (Chevy Chase), Lucky Day (Steve Martin) y Ned Nederlander (Martin Short), llegan por accidente a un pueblo mexicano que está siendo asolado por una banda de forajidos dirigida por "El Guapo" (Alfonso Arau). A partial remake of and using footage from 1941's "Rawhide Rangers" this Western short is about a ranger who pretends to turn outlaw in order to track down the gang who killed his brother, also a ranger.
