导盲犬小Q在寄养家庭以及训练师的细心照料下成功毕业，并遇到了人生中唯一的主人李宝庭——中年失明、孤僻又坏脾气的天才糕点师。一人一犬共同生活的日子里，小Q逐渐走进了宝庭的心中，温情的陪伴让处于低谷期的宝庭有了新生活。直到有一天，宝庭突然倒下了……
