«پو» پاندایی چاق و عاشق کونگ‌فو است. پدرش یک آشپز است و طبق رسم های قدیمی، پسر باید همان شغل پدر را ادامه دهد. ولی پو هیچ تمایلی به دنبال کردن شغل پدرش ندارد. استاد «اوگوای» دوست قدیمی استاد چی‌فو است. استاد اوگوای خواب می بیند که «تای لونگ» (شاگرد سابق استاد چی‌فو که ببری بسیار قوی و شیطانی و در زندان به سر می برد) از زندان بازگشته و هیچ‌کس قدرت مقابله با او را ندارد، جز جنگ‌جوی اژدها. اتفاقاً خواب او درست تعبیر شد و تای لونگ توانست از بزرگترین زندان چین فرار کند. روزی که قرار است مسابقه بین پنج شاگرد استاد «چی‌فو» برگذار شود تا جنگ‌‌جوی اژدها مشخّص شود، پو کاملاً اتّفاقی وارد محلّ مسابقه شده و استاد اوگوای او را به عنوان جنگ‌جوی اژدها معرّفی می کند. پو که از شدّت چاقی حتا نمی‌تواند نوک پای خود را ببیند، باید تای لونگ، ببر خبیث را شکست دهد.

Daniel moves to Los Angeles with his mother, Lucille, and soon strikes up a relationship with Ali. He quickly finds himself the target of bullying by a group of high school students, led by Ali's ex-boyfriend Johnny, who study karate at the Cobra Kai dojo under ruthless sensei, John Kreese. Fortunately, Daniel befriends Mr. Miyagi, an unassuming repairman who just happens to be a martial arts master himself. Miyagi takes Daniel under his wing, training him in a more compassionate form of karate for self-defense and later, preparing him to compete against the brutal Cobra Kai.

Murphy is the sole survivor of his crew, that has been massacred by a German U-Boat in the closing days of World War II. He is rescued, and ends up at a forgotten mission station near the mouth of the Orinoco, and begins to plot his vengeance.
