Filmo veiksmas mus nukelia į Pietų Korėjos sostinės Seulo centrą, kur įvairių amatininkų dirbtuvių savininkai bando išlaikyti savo šeimas ir atrasti darbo, kai tuo metu Seulas atsinaujina, kyla dangoraižiai ir elektronikos parduotuvės.
