Il film è una sciocchezza, ma Castle è un genio del gimnick. Solo lui poteva convincere gli spettatori dell'epoca a indossare degli stupidissimi occhialini rosa (che lui stesso distribuiva all'ingresso) senza i quali sarebbe stato impossibile vedere i fantasmi.
