Kad mladi Luke (Dakota Goyo) otkrije da je mladunče polarnog medvjeda razdvojeno od majke, on odluči pronaći način da ih ujedini. U tome će mu pomoći Muktuk (Goran Višnjić), koji dobro poznaje teren na kojem žive polarni medvjedi.
