Roma (Amrita Singh) leaves Ravi (Jackie Shroff) at the alter in pursuit of her bigger ambitions. Her sister Reema (Juhi Chawla), a pale reflection of Roma, steps in and saves the day for her family, having secretly been in love with Ravi all her life. The newly weds start building a life together till suddenly Roma returns, determined to get back what she thinks Reema stole from her.

Oye Hoye Pyar Ho Gaya is a story of two fun loving friends Sharry (Sharry Mann) and Harry (Rana Ranbir). Sharry falls for Meet, who is daughter of Police Commisioner Shamsher Singh (Yograj Singh). Chamkila (Binnu Dhillon) who is also trying his chances on Meet gets envy of Sharry and tries tarnishing his image in front of Meet’s family. After one two failed attempts, he finally succeeds in his mission leaving Meet shattered.

Jimmy and Rocky are two enemies who are involved in fights / brawls daily. They both fall in love with Mehak who is already in love with a secret-gangster Karan. When Karan gets arrested and put in jail by Inspector, Mehak's father, a bigger don that Karan asks Rocky and Jimmy to rescue him, although the two lovers do not know that Mehak and Karan would get married. When they rescue him and take him back, they seem to find out the truth and Meha also finds out about Karan's real crime identity. When Karan shoots Jimmy, he survives but goes to the hospital. That is when Mehak tells him that she actually loves Rocky. Karan then gets arrested.
