Two women begin to fight for the right to their own bodies and discover unexpected support in each other while facing difficulties of what is expected of them. Although they could not be more different, a close friendship develops between them, which soon ends up in a new understanding of what family means.

As different as their motivations and stories are, they have one thing in common: they have come to Europe with their luggage full of memories from times past and now have to find their way in exile.
