Kourallinen dollareita (A Fistful of Dollars) on western-elokuva ja dollaritrilogian ensimmäinen osa. Se nosti ohjaaja Sergio Leonen, pääosan esittäjän Clint Eastwoodin ja elokuvaan musiikin säveltäneen Ennio Morriconen maailmanmaineeseen. Elokuva on lajityypiltään spagettiwestern ja se on väkivaltainen sekä karu. Dollaritrilogia toi elokuvamaailmaan myös antisankarin käsitteen. Leonen stilisoitu ja tiivistunnelmainen lähikuvien käyttö oli ennennäkemätöntä ja uutta.Elokuva on kuvattu Espanjassa, kaupungissa nimeltä Almeria, joka sijaitsee aivan maan etelärannikolla.Kourallisen dollareita juoni perustuu Akira Kurosawan samurai-elokuvaan Yojimbo – onnensoturi. Tapaus johti oikeusjuttuun, jonka Kourallinen dollareita -elokuvan tuotantoryhmä hävisi.
