"Cat in the Brain" (în italiană: Un gatto nel cervello (I volti del terrore)) (lit. A cat in the brain), cunoscut și sub numele de "Concert de coșmar," este un film de groază italian din 1990, scris și regizat de Lucio Fulci. Fulci joacă rolul unei versiuni ficționale a lui însuși, un regizor de film horror torturat care este condus de viziunile violente pe care le experimentează atât în spatele camerei, cât și în afara platoului. Simțind că își pierde stăpânirea realității și deranjat de fanteziile criminale, Fulci consultă un psihoterapeut, care este în secret un criminal în serie și folosește hipnoza, exploatând vulnerabilitățile regizorului pentru propriile sale scopuri criminale.
Wealthy businessman Giorgio Mainardi has died of a stomach hemorrhage, but his ghost is not so sure that it was a random misfortune and wants to know the truth.
