This inclusion was wrong. The 2 shows are now clearly separated.

If this is indeed the case, I request you to remove season 3, 4, and 5 from the Justice League (2001) series.

I can confirm on my end that Justice League 2001 has had seasons 3 through 5 removed. But I do hope that the contributions for those seasons are migrated somehow to Justice League Unlimited. When I saw Justice League 2001 had way more episode thumbnails, fanart, and season wallpapers for seasons 3-5 (compared to the actual Justice League Unlimited), I had assumed that it was JLU that was the redundant duplicate.

I have transferred the translations, but I forgot to transfer the pictures as there where already some in JLU... Sorry, my bad.
