I know it's low budget, and I know it's more cerebral than action. But it's a bit of an insult to the audience to give us such amateurish choreography in a fight scene. It's a bit of a shame that the budget of the show sometimes drags down the other sublime elements.

If fights are what you're looking for in a show, this is not for you.

So you agree that the choreography was terrible?

Neither good or bad, just what I expected. I trained my mind to ignore it if fights are not a core element of the show or movie.

The fight was a bit off at times but then there was that above-view part where they sorta flicked her upward by her limbs. That part was unrealistic in a very particular way. It reminded me of the way dancers fake violence on stage in a play. It was very interpretive-dance. This made me OK with the off fight choreography. Also, Kerry was dancing to the fight from afar and the fight bled into his dance in ways. Why not the dance bleed back?
At first, I didn't like it. But in a few seconds I kinda "got" it and loved it.
Not the first time that some element of dance has crept into the show.
