30年前，4颗陨石（妖魔石）降落在地球上，被称为妖魔的外星人开始在地球上肆意破坏。在美加洛市的科学家美摩莉.吉恩、福里兹和基尔霸.梅休为对付妖魔而开始研究高科技武器。此期间，美摩莉的弟弟的雷米尼斯.吉恩在实验中因意外死亡。而基尔霸则漏出真面目：他其实是妖魔的领袖！基尔霸几乎杀死了美摩莉，幸好美摩莉被福里兹所救。外壳电波和声波武器研制成功。对抗妖魔的基地也建立了起来，为了在战争一旦打响时能在第一时间保护孩子，美摩莉特意在基地上建立了超音学院。但是福里兹和美摩丽两人并没有在一起继续战斗。为了成为宇航员，响龙和杰克接受了严格的训练，并被改造成装甲人。之后，为了挽救在一次对于地上基地的参观中受到袭击而身受重伤的亚妮丝，美摩莉为她移植了剩下的用于实验的外壳电波。三人成为了具有外壳电波保护，并具有超越常人的战斗能力的超音战士。他们平时的身份是超音学院的日语，体育，数学老师。而当妖魔出现时会通过外形类似手表的声波接受器传送并穿上外壳电波，以装甲人的形态战斗。

Sonic Soldier Borgman is a science fiction anime. It features a Super Sentai-like three member team that fight an organization known as Youma. Featuring three main characters: Chuck, Ryo and Anise. Ryo is the leader, while Chuck and Anise are teachers at a public school. Sometimes, the students help or make troubles to the Borgman somehow, some even know the Borgman secret identities. Ryo has a talking "modern" blue motorcycle that can upgrade itself. The transformation code is "Borg. Get On". Each member has a personal cannon that matches his/her armor color that appears only to finish the monster they fight.

Borgman 2030 è un anime di fantascienza. Presenta una squadra di tre membri in stile Super Sentai che combattono un'organizzazione conosciuta come Youma. Caratterizzato da tre personaggi principali: Chuck, Ryo e Anise. Ryo è il leader, mentre Chuck e Anise sono insegnanti in una scuola pubblica. A volte, gli studenti aiutano o creano problemi ai Borgman in qualche modo, alcuni addirittura conoscono le identità segrete dei Borgman. Ryo ha una moto blu "moderna" parlante che può trasformarsi da sola. Il codice di trasformazione è "Borg. Sali". Ogni membro ha un cannone personale che corrisponde al colore della sua armatura e che appare solo per finire il mostro che combattono.
