Agree. She was the reason I watched this show at all. "Max" had all the best lines, was smarter about business than the Wharton genius "Caroline", Kat could actually act and was a sexy presence. The first 13 episodes without the horrible "Sophie" character were actually good stories. Those terrible fake accents of the cook and Sophie are so bad...whenever Sophie came on screen it's "Thank God for the fast forward button". Beth Behrs can not act
(these episodes should be shown at every acting class and titled "What not to do") but she has great legs! The only other cast member "Han" had a few moments but everyone else..terrible. No attempt was made to write a
decent show, comedy takes talent, obviously lacking here. Maybe the 'writers' should have watched the Mary Tyler Moore episode "Chuckles Bites the Dust", the WINGS episode "The Lyin' King" or almost any episode of FRASER. As to the whole 'cupcakes are our future' premise of the show, cupcakes are just muffins with frosting. Looks like "Max" did much better marrying a wealthy lawyer.
