第三季内容原本为寒蝉鸣泣之时·礼；但遭到不知名人员不知名原因进行了删除，请问是否可以恢复原词条

What you call 3rd season is in fact an OVA. As such, it is listed inside the specials season. They are episodes 2 to 6 there.
