A killer enters the hospital, to whom Boris Ivanovich was ordered. Kylo and Himalayan, having drunk alcohol, decide to lie in wait for the head physician and beat him. When the killer enters the ward, they mistake him for Wasserman, stun him and take away the machine gun. Threatening with a machine gun, friends convince the head physician to give them the serum.

The head physician Wasserman goes to prison, and the head physician Mantu replaces him (to save money, the producer decides that the same actor will play Mantu, so Mantu differs from Wasserman only in his mustache). When Mantu enters the office, Wasserman injects him with sleeping pills, rips off his mustache and sticks it on himself, and hides the body.
