The Munsters are the family - and the show - I think I generally prefer. Having said that, during growing-up years I regularly watched and very much enjoyed both shows (neither which I've watched any episodes of in years). I suspect it was the lead characters, and their portrayers, on The Munsters that I found more entertaining. Both series were a lot of fun though!

PS: The Addams Family definitely had the infinitely better opening theme song (snap, snap)!

I was more partial to the Addams Family most because the characters were somewhat original and didn't glom off of Frankenstein and Dracula but I did find both shows entertaining.
