Chuckie tries to get one of the most popular girls in school, Nicole, to notice him by creating another version of himself named ""Chongo"". Nicole is instantly notices ""Chongo"" not knowing it's really Chuckie. While Phil and especiallly Tommy are less than thrilled with Chuckie's charade. Chuckie soon discovers that Nicole actually likes him as Chuckie, but is afraid to admit to her that he's been pretending to be ""Chongo"". Meanwhile, Angelica takes on the school cook by reporting in the school paper that his food is weird.

When various lawn decorations, such as gnomes, lawn orniments, ect... begin disappearing from the neighborhood everyone suspects Dil as the theif. But when Dil catches Tommy redhanded he decides to take the blame anyway. Which means being grounded and not being able to visit the museum. It is later revealed that Tommy is the thief, only he never knew it, because he was sleepwalking. Meanwhile, Angelica has to mentor a bratty little girl, who is basically a smaller version of herself.

Grandpa Lou takes over Stu's job of chaperone for the class field trip to the Human Body museum, and starts to embarrass Tommy. Meanwhile, Dil is hospitalized for a throat infection.

The kids take an aptitude test to get a clue as to what they want to be when they grow up, but they are not happy at all about the results.

Angelica has been invited to Savannah's party and she has to find a dress that hasn't ABW (Already Been Worn). While working at the hospital she suddenly breaks her nose and fakes a dilemma. Meanwhile Tommy, Chuckie, Kimi, Phil and Lil are doing community service week and part of it doesn't go according to plan.

Savannah, the prettiest, most popular girl in school, who Angelica practically worships, decides to throw her party on the same day as Angelica's! Tommy and Chuckie, being amazed that somebody could actually out-mean Angelica, use Savannah's obsession with Senor Jumping Bean to ruin her plan!

Angelica tries to help Chuckie become more popular as a school project, but it backfires when he takes his advice, and he becomes more popular than her.

When theres a talent show on and they've got places for singing, Angelica signs up, but Tommy tells Angelica to let Susie know. When Angelica calls, its on the answering machine, but it breaks. Angelica then pretends she's reminding her in front of Tommy, which when Susie comes back to school, eventually believes in Angelica. Meanwhile, Chuckie, Lil and Phil help Ms O'Keats with her part of the talent show, even though its a bit lame and they have to wear weird costumes and do other weird movements. Dil lets them know about Karma and tells them about that afternoon (Phil, Lil and Chuckie pulled a prank in assembly) and if they do something bad, something bad will happen to them, as in them being humiliated in front of the whole school. The next morning, Angelica's face breaks out with zits and comes to Dil's advice. Dil tells her to do good deeds but it just gets worse. As babies the Rugrats used to dream about being cowboys, and as tweens they finally get to make those dreams come true! When the gang is invited to spend a week at a dude ranch, will Tommy and his city slicker pals adapt to the ways of the old west?

Tommy attends a Hebrew school to prepare for his bar mitzvah. While there, he meets Rachel, and falls deeply in love with her. After a while he lies and says that his father, Stu is a rabbi but at the Hebrew School Picnic Rachel finds out and they find out they are both working on the same house.

When Chuckie discovers that Kimi is upset, he comes to the conclusion that she hates how her room looks. The gang decides to help him redesign it for her while Angelica keeps Kimi busy. Dil tries giving advice, but they choose to ignore him. It is later discovered that she is homesick for Japan and her biological father. Chas and Kira have a big surprise for Kimi.

When Tommy's gang's parents feel that they are spending too much time watching TV, they ban it from the house. So in order to get their televisions back, they do something dare-devilish. They make a tree house with a zip-line in the backyard to scare and anger their parents into giving them their TV back.
