A talent scout feels that Susie has what it takes to be a singer. Her parents, however, object to her concert because they are worried that it will affect her grades. She then decides to fund the venture herself, by asking her older sister for the money.

The kids try to get a date to the Valentines Day school dance with their crushes.

Savannah, the prettiest, most popular girl in school, who Angelica practically worships, decides to throw her party on the same day as Angelica's! Tommy and Chuckie, being amazed that somebody could actually out-mean Angelica, use Savannah's obsession with Senor Jumping Bean to ruin her plan!

Now that she's a teenager, Angelica asks her mother to get rid of all her old baby toys, but she forgets to tell her that her beloved Cynthia doll is an exception. She then races to save her doll from the hands of a greedy toy collector.

Angelica falls for Darryl, but she gets too nervous to talk to him whenever he is around. Her mom loses her CEO job and decides to become a full-time mom. Then, they get stranded together on a sail boat on the same day as Darryl's rock concert.

Phil falls for the captain of the school soccer team. Meanwhile, Vice-Principal Pangborn asks Dil, Tommy, and Chuckie to hang around with his nephew, who turns out to be irritating and annoying.

Tired of being considered a "goody goody" by the popular kids, Susie tries desperately to prove that she can be a bad girl.

Kimi leads a petition drive to ban cell phones in school. To prevent her from having the cell phones banned, Angelica hoodwinks Chuckie into helping her keep cell phones in school in her petition drive, while Susie helps Kimi counteract. Things get worse when during the debate at a school assembly, Chuckie reveals to the audience that Kimi wants a cell phone for Christmas, and they end up not speaking to each other and threatening not to attend their parents' (Kira and Chas) 10 year wedding anniversary. However, Angelica, Susie, and Tommy force them to attend to attend. At the Java Lava, Chuckie and Kimi argue with each other about cell phones until they make up after Tommy shows a video of their parents' wedding when they were babies.
