HIN KWAI does not show mercy on KWOK and TAT MAN is angry with his cruel response and fights with him. He is dismissed at last.

TAT MAN is rather depressed and he becomes mean on HIU MAN. As HIU-MAN understands his feeling. She tolerates everything.

TAT MAN is taken care by fate as on one hand, he faces stumbling blocks in his career but at the same time he wins mark six, getting thirty million dollars.

TAT MAN is shocked by the arrival of his new fortune. It is incredible. As he sees the others changing attitudes towards him, he realizes the power of money. -

As TAT MAN has taken too much wine. he is sent to a motel and he is-found by MAN YAN who tells MAN LA. MAN LA-scolds TAT MAN. TAT?MAN thinks that it is SIU TUNG who betrays him so he beats him hard. TAT MAN wants to give SIU TUNG some money as compensation but SIU TUNG refuses to take it and states that their friendship has come to an end.

HIU MAN is discontented with TAT MAN's attitude and puzzles about his loyalty towards her. She is disappointed and they quarrel and

finally their marriage is broken. -

CHEUNG OI misunderstands HIU MAN. thinking that she has turned to SIU TUNG. She criticizes them but HIU MAN makes no defense. In fact she still cares about TAT MAN.

TAT MAN confronts the first failure after his becoming rich. He also has conflicts with KI SING. He is so depressed that he indulges himself in materialistic enjoyment.

TAT MAN comes across a beautiful girl SHIRLEY who has similar experience in love. They share their feeling and soon they become very intimate.

SIU KUEN knows TAT MAN's act. Regarding that it is an insult, she is very discontented.

TAT MAN's relationship with his family is becoming worse and worse. HIN KWAI makes use of the chance to flatter him, making TAT MAN trust him. To win his trust, HIN KWAI tries his best to help him making more money and TAT MAN finally becomes a billion?aire.

HIV MAN feels lonely as her mother has to migrate abroad with PHILIP.

HIV MAN has to go to Japan for business purpose. She invites TAT MAN to accompany her. They enjoy the trip so much that when they have arrived at Hong Kong, they feel frustrated.

After careful consideration, TAT MAN has a decision in his love affairs. He determines to marry HIV MAN and leaves SHIRLEY. He wants to tell SHIRLEY his decision but she has made an advertise?ment in the newspaper. This makes him angry.

TAT MAN finds that he is on the brink of bankruptcy as his money has been taken away by HIN KWAI and his company is in serious debt.

TAT MAN requests SHIRLEY- to sell her jewellery to help him but he is refused as SHIRLEY admits that she loves his fortune only and finally she leaves.

TAT MAN is in such a difficulty that he wants to kill HIN KWAI. HIV MAN rushes to stop him. At the time being, HIN KWAI is killed by his enemies. TAT MAN is suspected.

CHAN CHOI gives him a helping-hand, but he always discloses the fact that TAT MAN is not his son. TAT MAN is shocked.
