In the era of Chor Kingdom, wizard CHAR meets his beloved woman named SUKI. SUKI is grown up from a traditional family and has to listen to her parents absolutely. Though CHAR and SUKI are so in love with each other and decide to elope together, they still cannot make their dream comes true. The parents of SUKI threat her for committing suicide if she tends to run away with CHAR; on the other hand, they force SUKI to marry the colleague of CHAR, LI. A year has gone. LI wins a battle at the border and returns home to celebrate the birthday with SUKI immediately. Ironically, his passion turns into fury when he finds out that SUKI and CHAR are having an affair. CHAR kills LI by using poison weapons; meanwhile, SUKI was ashamed of her indecency, and commits suicide. SUKI dies, but CHAR cannot let go and face reality. He buries SUKI’s spirit inside a figurine and tries to resurrect SUKI with his black magic……

The kindness of LONG drives him to set free the monkey called SIU SIU; which becomes his best friend later. Meanwhile, grandma WONG and MAN believe that LONG is incapable to take care of himself and begin to worry about his future. Therefore, they tend to arrange a blind marriage for LONG, so that someone can look after him when they died. Lady TONG SIN YI is grown up in a wealthy family; yet, her father brings her to attend the blind date. SIU discontents with YI when she takes advantage on LONG. Hence, SIU uses black magic and makes her freeze from moving. Monk SHAU passes by and realizes that the trace of elf. He visits family SUN without invitation and insists to capture the elf. Fortunately, the grandpa of SIU, YUEN arrives on time and saves SIU. SHAU fails his mission and leaves with embarrassment instead. On the other hand, LONG slips and falls into a God’s lake……

If destiny control one’s life, LONG comes to a breakpoint in life. One day, he hears a screaming voice from a lady, who is crying for help. LONG rushes to offer help and falls down from the cliff carelessly. He then discovers SUKI inside a figurine and sets her free. Moreover, LONG also helps SUKI to bury the skeleton of CHAR. At the same time, LI absorbs spirits from the peasants and establishes the Yuen Tin Religion; furthermore, he becomes the king of spirits. LI still cannot forgive SUKI and decides to kidnap SUKI. Nevertheless, LI tends to swallow the spirit of SUKI in order to smooth his anger. Just when he tries to eliminate SUKI, he remembers his vow to YU; hence, he releases SUKI at last. SUKI has no place to shelter; therefore, she finds LONG and lives with him temporarily. Meanwhile, LEE, CHERRY and SHUI misunderstand that SUKI is the devil, so they carry out the order of Buddha to destroy her……

SHAU liberates SUKI after learning her tragedy. In fact, SHAU is pretended by YU, who is actually a fairy. She delegates her spirit to SUKI in order to strengthen her magic power; so that she can search for the location of CHAR. On the other hand, LONG gets rid from the supervision of KIM and rescue SUKI. He meets the real SHAU on his way, which completes his study of magic. LONG pleads SHAU to release SUKI; however, SHAU has no clue about his request. Grandma WONG and MAN present the engagement at the house of TUNG and arrange the blind marriage for LONG. LONG is unwilling to accept the blind marriage that prepares by his grandma and begs YI not to commit the wedding engagement. He apologizes for his previous rudeness and expLEEns the reasons for not getting marry with her. Actually YI also feels odd about the blind marriage and agrees with his opinions. They call off the wedding engagement at last and YI follows SHAU to study magic……

LONG is furious about YI for breaking their promise. He determines to run away and marry SIU. His speech thrills Grandma MAN and others; while LONG’s father, SIN JOE CHUK is irritated by his wild manner and conceit. He locks up LONG in order to let him realizes his naive. At the same time, SIU learns about the incidents happen to LONG from the magic mirror. She feels guilty that LONG has to suffer such tortures for her; hence, she decides to rescue him. Unfortunately, her Grandpa forbids her to get in touch with LONG again; moreover, he orders his elder granddaughter, YUEN CHING CHING to keep an eye on SIU. However, CHING does not carry out the order of Grandpa obediently because she feels pity for SIU and releases her at last. Meanwhile, LONG is tied up to attend the wedding engagement with YI. YI uses magic to freeze LONG and carries on the wedding; just when everything is ready, SIU shows up suddenly and takes LONG away……

The journey of elope is rigid. YI chases up and spells on SIU; but luckily, SIU escapes once again. Later, LONG and SIU disguise as Persian and hide in the village. Unfortunately, the peasants discover that SIU is an elf; therefore, beat them up. Unexpectedly, a little girl named PRAT YENG LLOYD offers them assistance. LLOYD has a fever; therefore, LONG carries her to find her mother, LAN YUE at a brothel. Coincidentally, they meet LLOYD’s father, PRAT SI YAN. Due to hatred, YUE takes out a knife and stapes YAN to ease her anger. YAN is able to escape from her attack and ironically, he does not just control the situation but takes away her knife and hurts YUE’s face in return. Nevertheless, YAN captures YUE and reports her to the district governor. Though LONG acts for YUE’s alibi, he has insufficient proves to charge YAN for his attack……

Under the pressure of YI’s father, the district governor has trouble to grant leniency on LONG. Therefore, he gives an adjudication to execute LONG in autumn. In order to rescue LONG, LEE and others study and are inspired by prophesy. They discover that YI can resurrect if her lamp for eternity is lighten up again. If the prophesy is true, LONG will be acquittal. Little chance of survival, SIU takes the risk and finds the lamp for YI’s eternity in hell. However, she is unable to lighten up YI’s lamp despite she uses up her blood. On the other hand, the district governor shows up late for the execution of LONG; hence, YU has an excuse to appeal. In accordance to the law of Ming Dynasty, delay of execution is unacceptable. Therefore, the district governor agrees to postpone the execution until next year. YU and CHAK share the same dream, which indicates that YI is still alive……

LI goes out for a tour and attracts a lot of admirers. LONG feels interesting and has a look. Strangely, he finds LI so familiar and at the same time, shatter memories of the devil side of LI comes up to his mind. On the other hand, YUE is released from prison. She decorates her apartment as a brothel and earns her living as a whorl. LONG feels pity on her and offers financial assistance to her. But YUE does not appreciate his kindness and drives him away. LI discovers that YU has grieves; yet, he begins to approach her in order to utilize her in finding his opponent. He visits YUE and cures the scare for YUE. Meanwhile, LI also invites YUE to attend the assembly of ‘Yuen Tin’ religion. YUE recalls her memories of being raped by YAN and how YAN killed her husband. Nevertheless, she bears a child for YAN after the raping. YAN organizes a banquet to celebrate his birthday……

The murder intention of YUE has proven that something is wrong with her. Therefore, LONG follows her to ‘Yuen Tin’ headquarter and discovers LI at last. LI is hypnotizing his admirers to kill people; thus, to increase his strength. As the outcome could be disaster, LONG and SIU decides to burst in and forbid LI to carry on his conspiracy. Meanwhile, YU and CHAK feel anxious and worry about the danger of LONG, as he is late for home. Therefore, they go out and search for LONG eventually; they come to the place where ‘Yuen Tin’ believers are assembling. YU recognizes LI at once; hence, she runs away immediately. However, LI also realizes the visit of YU from the distinctive floral smell from her body. He chases after YU and determines to find her out. And no wonders, YU realizes the power of LI has become more severe than the past. She advises LONG solemnly that he must keep a distance with LI……

With such depth of love that CHAK gives to YU. LI is jealous and kills CHAK without second consideration. Meanwhile, SIU rings the bell that YU gives her in order to seek for the assistance of SUKI. When SUKI realizes that YU is in danger, she helps LONG to rescue her at once. But their joint force still cannot conquer LI. As a result, LI pushes YU down the hill by accident. Before YU dies, she cheat LI that LONG is his son. Meanwhile, LONG suffers the most painful experience in his life when he lost all family members at one time. And due to anger, his blood runs reversibly and causes a great danger of life. Luckily, Grandpa stables his condition on time. He then takes LONG, SIU, SUKI and KIM to shelter at an ape cave. SIU helps SUKI to search for CHUK in the dream; however, SUKI finds KIM instead. It is hard for SUKI to believe that KIM is resurrected from CHUK, especially KIM is a coward……

LI calls a meeting with the intention to spoil the relationship among all. He leads to hatred and quarrel. It is very difficult for LONG to accept the fact that he is reincarnated from CHAR. He is at a loss. He cannot sleep and at rest as he felt very guilty for turning LI to an evil. SUKI and SIU compete with each other for LONG. SUKI even makes use of infatuating aroma to make LONG recall the romantic moment between CHAR and SUKI in the past. LI’s subordinate, TOAD, informs LI that SUKI has helped KIM to win a lot of money in the casino and even brings him to have drinks. She deliberately leaks that KIM is the reincarnation of CHAR. LI knew that SUKI is using KIM to be the scapegoat. He swallows SUKI in a towering anger in the hope that SUKI cannot see CHAR forever. Unexpectedly, he is shocked to find out that YU’s real spirit is inside SUKI’s body. He immediately cast forth SUKI……

SIU promises to withdraw so as to let LONG and SUKI be together. LONG intends to stop her but falls down from a cliff carelessly. LONG meets the Buddha. He asks the Buddha who he is. The Buddha just tells him a few precepts and lets him view the scene of LLOYD who was killed by LI tragically. LONG wakes up. He decides to go to see LI together with SUKI in the hope of eliminating his hatred and resentment. LONG makes an agreement with LI that LONG will eliminate all hatred and resentment among the people in three years. YAN’s mother and two daughters died mysteriously soon after he has received four coffins. SHAU points out that his family has been cursed and YAN will die soon after all his family members died. The only way to save him is to ask the wizard who made such curse to remove it. LLOYD witnesses everything. He goes to ask LONG to rescue YAN and faints. YAN begs SIU not to kill him……

SIU does not want to see LLOYD die in front of her, she removes the curse for LLOYD. YAN shows no regret at all, SIU asks SHAU to curse YAN again for revenge. The villagers are shivering as a result of fever. They go everywhere to suck others blood. LONG discovers that SHAU has caught the villagers for a monster to drink their blood. LONG tries to stop SHAU. SHAU points out that it is not a monster, this so-called monster is her daughter, TSUI. SHAU is forced to become LI’s subordinate for the sake of saving her daughter. Meanwhile, TSUI is very sick and in need of blood. LONG lets her to suck his blood. SUKI brings LONG to revisit the places where CHAR and her had visited in the past. SIU follows them. SUKI discovers SIU. She deliberately forces LONG to marry her. LONG requests to leave her for three days before he promised her marriage proposal. LONG spends these three days happily with SIU. Unexpectedly, LONG faints in the third day.

SIU hits LONG and brings him to see LI. In order to save LONG, he follows LI’s instruction and goes back to the village to save TSUI and the villagers. LONG then leaves silently and returns to SIU’s hut to wait for death. SIU informs LI LONG’s whereabouts. LI could then save LONG in time. LONG expresses that he only loves SIU. SUKI is heart-broken. LI has weakened his power due to his good deeds. LI revisits an old place where he had picked hibiscus. LI makes use of magic to make the hibiscuses live again with LONG’s persuasion. LONG has launched a charity sale of hibiscus on behalf of LI. The villagers have removed all their resentment after wearing these hibiscuses. Even the governor of the village praises LI’s merit. LEE brings LONG to the ultra sky and passes him some extraordinary strength so that he could protect SIU. SUI protects SIU who is alone at home with magic……

SIU dies in LONG’s shoulder. LONG blames SUKI who has indirectly murdered SIU. YUEN returns and cLEEms that they could manage to recover SIU’s energy and revive her if she had taken KWAI KUK CHI’s reincarnation pill. However, the reincarnation pill has been stolen by CHAR thousand years ago and disappeared. LEE makes use of the time tunnel to help LONG and SUKI back to the past so as to search for the reincarnation pill. They back to the old day when LI and SUKI are having their wedding ceremony. CHAR is sitting sadly outside the house where LI and SUKI are going to celebrate their wedding festivities. SUKI does not want to break CHAR’s heart and attach her soul into the current SUKI’s body. She then elopes away with CHAR. However, she sees that LONG’s body has become transparent. She thus gives up the idea of eloping away with CHAR. SUKI eventually finds the reincarnation pill from the message brought by CHAR’s wind-bell……

LONG digs out his gold heart to save SUKI and faints. LI broke the gold heart and learns that LONG is not his child. He is in a towering anger. SUI gives a common human heart to LONG. LEE and the others pass all their strength and energy to LONG, SUKI and SIU. The only way to win LI is to practice the “Three In One Magic Art”. However, the minds and souls of the LONG, SIU and SUKI must be in accord. They encounter difficulty in completing such magic art. LI knew that LONG is practicing some magic art to deal with him from his magic eye. He then creates heavy natural disasters to force LONG to leave the ultra sky. YA does not want the ape tribe to become LI’s slave. He orders the whole tribe to transform into stone instead. LI instigates people to kill YAN and LLOYD. LONG hears there are shouts for help. He leaves the ultra sky despite the fact that he has not yet succeeded the “Three In One Magic Art”……

LONG and SUKI cannot defeat LI and are caught by LI instead. TOAD and GECKO kick SIU down from the hill. SIU escapes from death and back home to recover. LI makes LONG lose all his memory of this life with the “Changing Soul Magic”. LONG then becomes CHAR again. He even lets SUKI and CHAR stay together. LI orders SHAU to arrange SUKI and his wedding. He even invites CHAR to attend his wedding. LI cLEEms that he is being poisoned after drinking SUKI’s wine. CHAR takes the chance to attack LI with some poisoned needle. CHAR then elopes away with SUKI together. CHAR and SUKI arrive at a temple. CHAR alerts that they have fallen into LI’s trap. It is LI’s plot to make them bear the name of “adulterous couple”. It is too late for CHAR to be aware of LI’s plot. LI and his people have arrived to arrest them. They are being punished. In order to save LONG, SIU asks KIM to instigate the people to force LI to burn LONG and SUKI to death.

SIU tempts a group of poisonous bees to the execution spot so as to create confusion. She then takes the chance to rescue LONG and SUKI. LONG only got SUKI in mind and cLEEms that KWAI KUK CHI is his teacher. LEE cLEEms that LONG is now being occupied by CHAR and only SIU could wake LONG up. SIU brings SUKI and CHAR to the ape cave. SIU kneels down in front of YA’s stone statute to cry and points out that LONG has already forgotten their past. CHAR, who has occupied LONG’s physical body, teases SIU. SIU tells CHAR how YA lost his life for the sake of LONG. CHAR recalls the past moment that he shared with SIU. LI hides away for recovery. CHAR thinks that it is a good chance to kill LI. He plans to kill LI together with SIU. Later, when SUKI finds out that CHAR intends to sacrifice SIU for the sake of killing LI, SUKI stops SIU. SUKI is so disappointed that she decides to leave CHAR. When CHAR learnt that SUKI has left. CHAR blames SIU……

SIU bothers CHAR. LEE and others suggest remake a gold heart so as to make LONG alive again. SI then bows to the villagers so as to get back the small gold dust from them but is in vain. SIU has been thrown into the sea. CHAR hears LONG’s call. CHAR then jumps into the sea to save SIU. SIU feels grateful for CHAR and points out that CHAR has regained part of LONG’s nature. CHAR thinks that SIU is speaking nonsense. SHAU steals LI’s hair and helps SIU to transform into LI’s appearance. SIU then makes use of LI’s appearance to collect the gold dust. SIU then casts a gold heart for LONG. However, the gold dust does not melt under very high temperature. SIU thinks of the story of using blood to cast gold sword. SIU decides to sacrifice herself. Meanwhile, LI recovers and returns. LI kills SIU. LI even breaks the almost complete gold heart. CHAR becomes LONG again due to SIU’s death……

LI makes his people full of hatred. Everybody is now full of hatred and resentment. LONG meets LI alone. LI forces CHAR to unveil his nature and takes the first move to kill him so that the “Day of Changing Sky and Sun” will come. LONG suddenly hears SIU’s call and does not take any move to kill LI. LONG does not fight back even LI hits him. SHAU died of a curse after disclosing LI’s real face in front of the public. All want to stop LI kill LONG. SUKI sacrifices herself to kill LI. The people are then free from LI’s control. Since then LONG then wanders everywhere to cure those who are sick. A few years later, LONG returns to his home and discovers that LEE had taken away SIU’s bone ashes. He follows them to the ape cave and sees YA and the whole ape tribe revive to life. He finds that there is a stone statue that resembles SIU. LONG embraces this statue happily. The stone statue breaks into pieces and SIU revives to life……
