S06E76-S06E85 are here as Festive House of Games but these should be listed as Specials as the official Season 6 continued this week as S06E76 onwards...

How were these episodes listed on the BBC website at the time of their broadcast in December ?

Just as Festive House of Games Week 1 Monday, Week 1 Tuesday etc etc up to Week 2 Friday 10 episodes which should be moved to Specials as the normal season continued with the regular numbering.

This is how they are listed now.

The question is how were they listed in December at the time of the broadcast of these episodes ? The original message is talking about a change on the official page.

I can't speak to the original message or how it may have been at the time but it is clearly separate from Season 6 on the official site so should be here. Can these now be moved as everything is out of sync now.

They should be listed here the way they were listed on the official site at the time of their broadcast. So, we need to know how they were listed at that time.

Well I am not sure how that is possible or why they would have changed it so we must assume they were listed separately from the outset.

The first message indicates that there have been changes at the start of december. Who knows if these changes were the last one.

Well Season 6 has continued its numbering from where it left off before Festive and after Festive finished. Unlikely to reverse this as Festive is listed separately so we need to make a decision as Trakt is using this data. TVDB has it listed as Specials (as per the BBC site).

According to this Dec. 13 archive of the "Next on" page, our current episodes episodes 76-85, aka Festive House of Games, appear to have always been labeled as such and been given their own episodes numbers from 1-10, with Series 6 continuing with episode 76 on Jan. 2, 2023. The current BBC website seems to be correct and not have reorganized the episodes.

As they appear to have been aired as apart of a separate series while Series 6 was still on the air, the Festive House of Games should be moved to the specials season.

At least during the broadcast period of these episodes, which is the most important. (A change before was indicated in the first message).
