Yes? What is the question? Letterboxd entries do not vanish after they get deleted on here. They could be deleted, but only by Letterboxd.

Sorry, I was asking if you could add the short film again, and I thought the Letterboxd link could be useful to avoid creating duplicates

I don't know why it has been deleted but you can't restore it. The only way to get it back is to create it again but since it got deleted it might be against the rules.
