The one review I've to date created likewise doesn't appear listed when I click on my Ratings & Reviews tab. Solely my movie and t.v ratings are listed there.
It would be nice if after "Movies [quantity]" and "TV [quantity]", regarding our ratings, there'd be a 3rd clickable thing that would say "Reviews [quantity]".

Sounds reasonable to me. @Travis has ticket for this feature here, if you make an account on Trello you can vote for it.
