Remove Trailer Duplicates

I have a question. If I find a Movie on TMDB which has two times the same trailer in the same language (once from a official youtube channel and again from an unofficial source), am I then allowed to remove the unofficial trailer, as it is unnecessary two have the same trailer twice ? I already did this on several movies and wanted to check if this is allowed.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, thank you.

I don't believe there is anything inherently wrong with removing a duplicate trailer from an unofficial source. We prefer having trailers from official sources.
I would however make sure the official trailers are not geo restricted. Also, keep in mind that we sometimes allow multiples versions of the same trailer (subtitles, localized dubbing). But otherwise, it's all good.
