NEDs (Non Educated Delinquents) is the story of a young man’s journey from prize-winning schoolboy to knife-carrying teenager. Struggling against the low expectations of those around him, John McGill changes from victim to avenger, scholar to NED, altar boy to glue sniffer. When he attempts to change back again, his new reality and recent past make conformity near impossible and violent self determination near inevitable.
Set in Paisley, the 'NED' capital of Scotland, this film provides a comprehensive and candid look at the daily lives and habits of these "Non Educated Delinquents", from their pulling tactics to lessons on how to talk like a Ned. We not only get to see life from their point of view, but also from that of the long suffering residents of the city, who don't hesitate to provide us with their unanimous opinion on today's Ned culture: they've got to go!

This DVD includes backstage footage, interviews and live tracks including 'Kill Your Television', 'Aim', 'Intact' and many more. It also includes interviews with Martin Roach and Mark Hoppus as well as interviews with all of the band members.
Shot in June 2002 at JB's in Dudley, the spiritual home of the band, us Ned's fans have had a patient 16 month wait for this DVD to be released. It was truly worth the wait though, this is a great DVD that captures an excellent performance by the Ned's. Although not the original line up, this does not detract. Since 2000, Mat Cheslin & Rat have been replaced by ex-Groundswell members Andy King and Martin Warlow respectively.
