A compilation of proto-music videos featuring leading British rock bands of the 60s, including The Animals, The Spencer Davis Group, and Herman's Hermits.

John Bishop narrates this alphabetical collection of highlights from the long-running BBC motoring show presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. The programme contains the best bits of the trio's 13-year stint as hosts of the show, with each segment introduced by a well-known celebrity. The collection also includes behind-the-scenes footage of some of the trio's most memorable pranks, stunts and reviews.

In their not quite biggest adventures yet, the boys visit the good old US of A and former Eastern Bloc Albania for two action packed road trips. In America our trio, armed with the hottest new supercars - the Mercedes SLS, Ferrari 458 and the Porsche 911 GT3RS - head through NASCAR country and enjoy a dancing Mayor, a Stig on a drive by shooting range, and the white knuckle Virginia Raceway, with their adventure climaxing in a race across New York. But that's nothing compared to Albania, where they are summoned by a Mafia Boss to pick a winner from the new Rolls-Royce Ghost, The Mercedes S-Class, and the new Bentley Mulsanne (sort of). Keen to please, the boys embark on their most comprehensive test ever, including the Dead Fat Man in the Boot challenge, and a bank robbery to find the best getaway car. Will James be killed in the resulting car chase? The answer is yes. Definitely.

3 Great Adventures: South America – Take a trio of temperamental 4×4s and set them off on a 1000 mile journey through forest, over mountains, and across deserts in what turns out to be Top Gear’s most exciting, dramatic and visually stunning adventure to date. Romania – The Top Gear team take a drive on one of the world’s best driving roads in this incredible Eastern European adventure. Bonneville USA – Jeremy, Richard and James head to the US where they set off on a proper old fashioned muscle car road trip to the amazing Bonneville Salt Flats.

Two special Top Gear episodes presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. In 'Botswana Special', our intrepid explorers, attempting to reach the Namibian border, have to traverse arduous salt pans, do battle with the Kalahari desert, and see if they can navigate the foaming torrents of the Okavango Delta. In 'Vietnam Special', equipped with, of all things, motorcycles, the adventurers have to cover the entire length of the country in just eight days.

The Top Gear: The Great Adventures is a boxed release of the Polar Special which is a 72 minute "Director's Cut". and the US Special but a cut down 50 minute version. Polar Special - "Clarkson and May, in a seriously modified Toyota, take on Hammond and his dog sled in a 450 mile race to the north pole as they drive over thin ice to face in-tent hostilities, polar bear fear and desperate food fantasies." US Special - " The ultimate road trip and finds the guys driving $1000 wrecks over 700 stiffling miles to New Orleans. In a Chevy, a Caddy and a Pick-Up, their challenges include preparing a road kill feast and baiting rednecks of Alabama without getting shot.
