杨丞琳（Rainie Yang），1984年6月4日出生于台湾台北市，台湾女歌手、演员、导演、主持人，是一位多栖发展的艺人。

2000年，杨丞琳加入组合“4 In Love”而出道；11月，推出首张组合同名专辑《Fall in love》进入音乐界。2002年末，主持综艺节目《我猜我猜我猜猜猜》长达4年，为更多的人所认识。2001年4月，因参演偶像剧《流星花园》凭借“小优”一角受到关注。2003年，4 in love因遇“台湾921大地震”而解散。2005年9月，发行的个人首张音乐专辑《暧昧》在台湾地区的最终销量为17万。2006年3月，因主演偶像剧《恶魔在身边》而获得更多关注。2007年，凭借电影《刺青》主题曲《小茉莉》入围第44届金马奖最佳原创电影歌曲以及偶像剧《换换爱》入围第43届金钟奖戏剧节目女主角奖。2008年，推出第四张个人专辑《半熟宣言》。2010年，凭借偶像剧《海派甜心》获得第45届台湾电视金钟奖最佳女演员奖。 2011年，发行第六张专辑《仰望》开始转型，并首次以短发造型出演偶像剧《醉后决定爱上你》。2016年9月底，发行第十张专辑《年轮说》，其专辑同名曲《年轮说》入围第28届台湾金曲奖年度金曲奖。2017年，又凭借爱情迷你剧《荼蘼》入围第52届金钟奖戏剧节目女主角奖。

She started acting when she was 14-years-old, appearing in movies and commercials in Hong Kong. At 15, she auditioned for a girl band to be launched by BMG Records called "4 in Love" and passed with flying colors. From then on, she was called "Rainie" to fit in with the weather-based named girls of the group; she was originally called Lily in the industry.

She moved to Taiwan and pursued her acting career as she lived with her co-band members under one roof. She starred in various dramas starting with the mega blockbuster Meteor Garden where she played a supporting, yet pivotal role as the cute Xiao You (Hana Yori Dango's "Yuki" Chinese counterpart).
