Discuter de La nuit des masques

which series do you prefer ? Halloween by far for me more interesting back story and not many throwaway characters.

I haven't seen either series. I prefer the movie Halloween to the movie Friday the 13th. I find Carpenter's film to be more creative and hell, scarier.

Friday the 13th was the better franchise. Halloween the better movie

No contest, Halloween (the first two.)

Halloween by a long shot - original idea, scarier villain, better acting! I like both franchises though

Friday the 13th for me, but don't get me wrong I love Halloween also.

As a franchise, Friday the 13th. It has 11 films and only has one reboot.

Halloween can't decide what it's doing. Is it going a new direction? Is it ignoring 3-4 sequels? Is it rebooting? Is it ignoring ALL sequels?

It's a mess....

I know, right? Halloween has become such a mess it's truly maddening to me!

Friday the 13th is a more consistent series but none of them matches the first Halloween.

For sure Halloween in the beginning, but Friday The 13th later on in the series. I still think Jason Lives is one of the most fun horror movies fans of the genre can watch.

I agree. I didn't like the Halloween sequels much.

This is my thoughts as well. In my opinion none of the Friday the 13th movies can touch Halloween, but as far as the sequels I would rather watch the Friday series.

Friday all the way for me! I love fun 80s horror and even the reboot had that vibe about it... Halloween 1 & 2 were good, the sequels were terrible and as much as I love Rob Zombie's music, his movies just don't do it for me.

Saying that I still haven't seen 'Jason Goes to Hell'...

Halloween, hands down!

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever see it.
