The original title is indeed Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, the same as the original title of the book. However, in the US the title was changed to Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for both the book and later the movie.
Since Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is already an English language movie, we don't put in a different translation for the US market. It is listed as an alternative title though.

Sorcerer's Stone is U.S. only. Having it as an alternative title and "Philosopher's Stone" as the original is the correct way.

Since the US Version is titled "Sorcerer's Stone" and the audio track re-dubbed with "sorcerer's stone", shouldn't there be a separate entry for the US version?

No. At this time we don't support different versions of the same movie.
