Have you read the original title guidelines? If you have proof the original on-screen title was 12 Monkeys, please share it with us.

@banana_girl where is the proof the original title was Twelve Monkeys and not 12 Monkeys?

@banana_girl @shotfirer the poster you have claimed is the original was only released as the UK version of the movie poster.

While all the American posters are released as "12 Monkeys". Seeing how it is an American production the original title is "12 Monkeys " not "Twelve Monkeys".

This states the poster was printed in 1995 and it's an original US poster with a Certificate of Authenticity included.

It not a poster. As it was said previously, the title should be the one used on screen for the original American release. To the best of our knowledge, the title used in the opening sequence was Twelve Monkeys. If you, or anyone, has new information concerning the original on-screen title (and only the original on-screen title), we'll be happy to review it.

It's not a poster, it is a title screen from the film. A screengrab from the opening title sequence. Looks exactly as I remember it from seeing the film back in 1995.
