According to the IMDB--still the best place for release data--it appears to be making its way around film festivals. Deadline posted that it was acquired for distribution during the Tribecca film festival back in April by "Well Go USA." According to that article, the film will see a traditional release in early 2018 with digital and home video releases afterwards.
The head critic at Variety really loved the movie.

I had really been hoping that it would have at least a minor theatrical release, and hit one of my nearby cinemas. No such luck, unfortunately. I may end up having to wait and catch it on disk, if it becomes available that way. Or perhaps via Kodi, if nothing else. The previous film from the same guys, Resolution, I had watched of Shudder. Perhaps this one will eventually make its way there, as well.
