The concert scene, can't help but laugh at some of the dancing. Was it intentional for the character Celeste since we saw her as a teen rehearsing and she's not really good. Since we know movies can make you look good in dancing by editing.
And if anyone can clarify something about deal with the devil that was mentioned. Actually a lot was left hanging like what was up with the manager and her sister, was she jealous? Seems a lot of people don't like this film, I still found it entertaining and liked the dressing room scene. That's why the ending looked extra wtf lol with the buildup to her being on stage...and it went on and on like 2-3 songs.

Well, it said when the credits came up that the film was 'A Twenty-first century portrait'. So I see it as supposed to be a snapshot character study of a prominent figure of our times rather than a beginning, middle and end story with all it's story threads tied up.
I think showing her on stage at the end for quite a while was to give us the sense of the difference in perception of the image of the celebrity we actually see and the way they are in their lives. She was clearly a very damaged person, riddled with anxieties and very self centered and controlling but you wouldn't be able to see that through the sheen of her stage performance. I thought the contrast worked very well.
