Very interesting moral dilemma in this story. I wonder how people of different ages would exploit that ability (or not).

I think that's a pretty obvious answer - of course. Bringing back loved ones from the dead for a start.

I think the better question is the one posed in the film for the parents; would you kill your daughter knowing she had the power to potentially kill many - intentionally or unintentionally? You would think no, but then she did kill her brother and father...

Anyway, a good slow-burning film in the vein of Carrie. I liked it.

I was actually referring to the ability to make someone fall in love with you.

That never happened in the film so how was I meant to know that?? wink

In answer to your question I think people would naturally do that, yes. They may resist at first but I think in the end people would use it.

What film did you watch? It was 90% of what the film was about.

Um, I think you need to watch the film again. It was definitely not about her using her powers to make someone fall in love with her (unless you meant something else).

What made you think she was doing that? If anything she was doing the opposite ; coming from a Christian background she was suppressing her feelings

Wow, just wow. Did you watch the film without subtitles?

Lol even without subtitles it was pretty obvious what was happening.

I can only assume you watched a different film. You do know what powers she had, right?

Yes, it was pretty obvious, and yet you missed it completely.

I liked this film and was happy someone else did. But clearly you're not worth discussing this with. Peace.

Stick to coloring books.
