Extra Details: On July 4th a user changed the english title from 5 Centimeters per Second to 5 Centimeters Per Second. Can a moderator review this change please as I believe it maybe an incorrect change.
If a moderator agrees then please lock the title so this change does not happen again. Also, the same user deleted the tagline so this change should also be reviewed. Thanks.

Hi, I have corrected the title. The user was banned at some point. For the tagline, feel free to add a tagline that you like. Just make sure that it's actually in use and not just a translation of a Japanese tagline. Thanks.
