An enjoyable movie to be sure. I love the series but I think I got more serious and bought the whole collection with the release of Goldeneye. That's my personal favourite but I also love From Russia with Love (the best villain by a mile in Robert Shaw) and Casino Royale.
I also really enjoyed Dalton's Bond, I mean was the dark edgey ruthless Bond before Craig made it acceptable.
Yeah same for me and Goldeneye seeing it in the cinema and hearing Tina Turner was such an awesome experience. Owning it on VHS, god I saw the trailer to I think Die Hard with a Vengeance too many times to count!
@nefariousnilbog I remember when I went to see Skyfall. The theater is packed. During M's death scene I'm crying, Bond is crying, hell the whole theater was crying! And just when the scene is about to end, some twit opens the emergency exit door to get into the theater. Just let me say that it didn't end well.

The spy who loved me was the first Bond film I saw in the cinema, hence why it is special.
Seen everyone since then at the cinema.
Spooky to thing that the film series will outlive me.
