Why is the german title "Colonia Dignidad - Es gibt kein Zurück" again? I thought it was fixed?

Okay, but I hope you understand my problem: if I load the metadata in german and there is no tagline added in german, than my Kodi will display it as followed:
Colonia Dignidad - Es gibt kein zurück "There is no turning back"
I don't want to have the german "tagline" in the title and the (same) english tagline in the actual tagline field... I have the problems with many movies... So can anything be done about that? For me it feels like that the fallback language is always english if the german tagline field is empty. Can this be fixed?

I think that should be discussed at Kodis forums, we can't do anything about their software.
