Difference between movie and special

Is there a difference between this movie and the episode special 83 of the tv series? https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/57243-doctor-who/season/0/episode/83 If not, why it is listed twice?

There are no difference between the 2 of them.

The movie entry has been created a long time ago where the specials were allowed in the movies part of our database.

It is listed on our merge list. The data will be merged at a later date, not yet defined, by a bot.
