Pretty simple plot guy cheats with crazy chicks, gets tortured for it. I really enjoyed the mind games they played on him. Only thing is he was practically raped or forced to engage. He tried to get them off multiple times they bumrushed him and took control

I saw this described as an "erotic horror" and gave it a rent; turns out it was not an erotic horror, which is fine . . .
It was, in fact, a comedy.
