When/how was it first released? The first TV airing that I could find was in March 1976:

It's not as simple as it seems. The Studio's website States that this is a three-part film, shot on (January 25,) 1975. (https://www.odesafilmstudio.com.ua/ru/about/filmfund/kh-f-kapytan-nemo)
But the TV broadcast took place on March 29, 1976, on TV-6 chanal (175.25 MHz USSR).

Alright, based on the info that I have we should keep the TV entry. I added it to our list of misplaced miniseries. The entries will be merged by Travis at an undetermined date in the future. Thanks @BrerFox.
